Elite Face to Face Fundraising Role

Often progression takes the focus off of an individual’s talent but is the only way in sight to see a basic wage increase, meaning less focus on your own targets and dividing your energy between a team. We are raising the stakes, we’re inviting candidates with a minimum of one year of proven fundraising experience to join our team of Elite fundraisers.
Basic wage starting at £16 per hour, weekly sign up target starting at 18 sign ups across a 35 hour week, achieving £221 bonus in addition. Your basic hourly rate is then on an upwards sliding scale capping at a whopping £30 per hour increasing as your personal signup rate increases each week increases each week.
As your personal signup rate increases weekly, so does your hourly rate and your bonus on top. This is an unmissable opportunity for someone that is happy to work independently and put their name up in the Hall of Fame REAL Elite Fundraisers.
With 14 years experience in the charity sector, REAL makes it their mission to listen to what you, the candidate, needs.
All applicants will be expected to show proof of previous fundraising experience and be subject to DBS and reference checks.
