Based in the waterfront city of Portsmouth, you are urged to make an application and take a step into a brand new challenge.
Your Duties:
You will be leading from the front by planning, organising and Strategizing the daily operations for a busy Call Centre.
Managing and maximising the performance of a Call Centre’s Operations
Experience Required:
Must have experience in running a range of telemarketing campaigns, monitoring KPI’s and experience in telemarketing coaching.
Good understanding of call centre floor management is essential alongside the ability to drive results, without compromising volume or quality. We are looking for a natural leader who inspires confidence in their team.
Previous operational management experience with a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role is essential
You must be a fast learner and be able to hit the ground running utilising your previous operational management experience.
An understanding of the energy market or outsourcing would be advantageous. The ability to provide an adaptive & inclusive approach is crucial.

Pay
£30,000 - £38,000 + Bonus
Working Hours
Full time (Minimum of 40 hours per week)
Operational Hours: Mon - Fri (08:30 - 18:00) *Shifts to fall within these hours*
Start date – Immediate Start
Where You’ll be Based
Office based – Must be able to commute to North End area of Portsmouth
