Your duties
You will be leading from the front: Coaching, guiding and supporting your team through the day-to-day delivery of success on behalf of our client. Ensuring that your team receives all of the support required to achieve success in everything that they do. You must be energetic, forward thinking and resilient.
Experience Required
Previous experience within a similar role is preferential. You must be able to hit the ground running and have an appetite to make a difference. You must be experienced in leading large teams of up to 20 people within a sales and customer service based environment.
An understanding of telecommunications, the energy market or outsourcing would be advantageous. Empathy, understanding and the ability to provide an adaptive & inclusive approach is crucial.

Pay
£30,000 - £36,000 +Bonuses
Working Hours
Full time (Minimum of 40 hours per week)
Operational Hours: Mon - Fri (08:30 - 18:00) *Shifts to fall within these hours*
Start date – Immediate Start
Full training will be provided by our clients internal team
