Our clients are a Portsmouth based contact centre, representing some of the largest organisations in the UK. We are looking for hardworking and emotionally intelligent individuals to take on the role of Customer Debt Management Advisor. No prior experience is required as the company provides a paid training programme that will lead you to expertise within the field.
This client is growing rapidly, to the point that they are soon to become the largest employer debt management. With that will come the opportunity to fast track to huge career progression.
The role:
You will be the primary point of contact to comprehensively inform customers of repayment options while protecting clients best interests.
Have the ability to judge a situation and use different procedures based upon that emotionally intelligent judgement.
