Customer Contact Centre Payment Advisor
REAL Jobs are hiring Customer Contact Centre Payment Advisors. This is a role that would best suit individuals who are keen to work with a company that invests in their staff. Through bespoke paid training, mental health and well being programs, all staff receive high levels of support.
This is a full time permanent role
This is a full time position with a salary of £10.50 per Hour (37.5 hrs pw)
The role itself is best suited to those with emotional intelligence and a strong sense of empathy. If successful you would be working in one of the fastest growing businesses to date. You would be accepting inbound calls across a range of customers and helping them understand how best to fulfil their financial obligations towards the companies you’d be representing.
Previous experience is not required as full training is provided on site. All successful candidates are required to undertake and complete paid training sessions as a part of a probationary period.
In their recently refurbished premises, the office boasts a fully equipped gym, bespoke training facilities, an onsite restaurant, diner and mental health safe spaces. All of this is alongside a range of support services and programs designed to fully support their staff and ensure the working environment is as comfortable as it possibly can be.
